This year was a total nightmare - waits of 90 minutes and longer for support By 4/15 we still could not customize a letter. The invoiceing problem was not corrected until very late in the season, and the help-line was totally unprofessional and in ne case I got an email that my case had been solved when in fact it still existed. To this day, I have to go into the underlying structure as my program will not start and is not connected. And now we are sold out - like cattle....
