TaxBrain Gives Video Access to Pro Preparers
Taxbrain.com, the consumer tax preparation service of Petz Enterprises, has launched You&Us, an online HD video tax service that enables taxpayers to have questions answered or have taxes prepared by Taxbrain CPAs and Enrolled Agents. Taxpayers can interact with the preparer via the video service.
Browser-based, You&Us video can operate one-way or two-way, and via VoiP or land-line audio. The system enables desktop data to be entered and reviewed Petz, whose professional software product is CrossLink, also launched the Ask A Pro tax advice service which offers a 30-minute question and answer session with a Taxbrain CPA or EA. Sessions are available by You&Us HD video or phone and Ask A Pro can be used in conjunction with Taxbrain or as a stand-alone tax advice service.
