FreshBooks has introduced what it says is a new model, Collaborative Accounting. The Accounting software vendor has also introduced Collaborative Accounting Certification for teaching the model.FreshBooks said the program combines technology, training and workflows to enable accountants to work with their clients.
The system explains “the workflows, concepts and the process to turn them into action inside an accounting practice,” FreshBooks said in its announcement. The company also identifies advisory opportunities and how to talk with clients.
Supporting the model are a team of accounting and product experts.
