RKL Names Four Leaders

Edward W. Monborne, RKLRKL has named four partners to service line leadership position. CEO Edward W. Monborne says the recent move was part of the strategy outlined in the Lancaster, Pa.-based firm's 2020 strategic plan.

 "Our cross-firm operational structure will allow the service line leaders to develop approaches to hiring, growth, performance and innovation that benefit the entire firm," Monborne said in a prepared statement.

Namee as Audit Services Group Leader, Stephen E. Fisher, CPA, will continue as managing partner of the firm's Reading, Pa., office. Fisher, who joined RKL, in 2011, serves the accounting and auditing needs of family owned businesses as well as private equity and venture capital-backed companies. He is also a member of the firm's Manufacturing & Distribution Industry Group.

Tax Services Group Leader Robert M. Gratalo, CPA, MST, most recently led the tax department in the York, Pa., office. Since joining RKL in 2011, Gratalo has focused on providing tax and business advice to privately held businesses in a variety of industries and their owners

Bethany A. Novis, CPA/ABV, CVA, CFE, named as business consulting services group leader, joined the firm in 2000 and was managing partner of RKL's Lancaster, Pa., office from 2011 to 2016. She has 25 years' experience in fraud and forensic accounting, business valuation, risk management and litigation services.

James H. Ostrowski, CPA, who was selected as small business services group leader, has served the tax and assurance needs of clients in various industries including trucking, construction, wholesale, retail and service companies.
