EisnerAmper says Hilbert has specialized knowledge on issues including fair value accounting, financial instruments, debt and equity transactions, revenue recognition, business combinations, income taxes and SEC reporting.
Hilbert was a partner in KPMF's national office from July 2006 through May 2011. He was responsible for the U.S. firm's response to fair value accounting issues as its Fair Value Alternate Topic Team Leader.
