Nolan was most recently director of marketing and product management at Honeywell from May 2013 through December 2015.

XCM has built up its executive team in the last year. In April, it named Mike Sabbatis, who was president and CEO of CCH Tax and Accounting North America from 2006 through 2012, as chief operating officer. That month, it promoted Bob Locke, VP of sales and marketing, to the position of chief revenue officer.

The cloud-based applications offered by XCM include Workflow for Firms and Workflow for Corporations. The company markets XCMscheduling, which integrates with the workflow applications and also offers a mobile app.
