The firm said the two have been preparing for the leadership transition for two years. Crescenzi has been with CBM since September 1969.

Reilly joined CBM in December 1979. He most recently served as the firm's EVP, on the Executive and Quality Assurance committees, and as a director of the construction and real estate practices. Reilly has more than 30 years of audit and tax experience in planning and supervising engagements in the construction/real estate, automotive and not-for-profit industries and performs business valuation services and represents the firm in business valuation and litigation matters.
