Robert Leaving Wolters Kluwer

Kevin Robert, Wolters KluwerKevin Robert is retiring as CEO of Wolters Kluwer Tax and Accounting in September. He will be replaced by Karen Abramson, who has served as CEO of CCH Tax & Accounting North America. The change will complete a sweep of top spots in the CCH executive suite since Abramson took over from Mike Sabbatis, former head of CCH, last year.

Robert has held the job since 2003 and had led the company's global tax and accounting segment since 2010. He has spent more than 25 years with CCH. Earlier this year, Jeff Gramlich, president of CCH Small Firm Services, left that unit during a troubled tax season for its ATX tax preparation product, and was replaced by Jason Marx. This week, SFS announced it had also hired Christopher Porras as CFO of the Kennesaw, Ga.-based unit.
