Bartell has more than 33 years of clinical, audit and assurance experience and specializes in working with healthcare entities,He has more than 14 years of expertise in Medicare requirements on clinical, financial and compliance criteria.
Previously, Bartell was owner of Bay Area Healthcare Consulting, a consulting firm, and EBB Coding Solutions, a subsidiary coding company. There, he provided guidance to health care providers on Medicare compliance, coding and billing while assisting them with optimizing their revenues.
