Jackson Hewitt Names Chief Marketing Officer

D. Michael Williams, Jackson HewittJackson Hewitt Tax Service has named D. Michael Williams to the position of senior vice president and chief marketing officer. He takes over the position that was held by Debra Dowd from June 2010 through May 2012 and will again work under the company's CEO Philip Sanford.

Sanford was CEO of the Krystal Co. from July 1997 through 2003. Williams was CMO of that company from May 2000 through June 2007. A former senior consultant at Andersen Consulting, Williams was most recently principal strategic marketing and advertising for Seismic/DMW Consulting where he started in January 2011.  He was also at the same time owner of Signarama-Franklin starting in April 2009.
