PFK Names Audit Driector
Pannell Kerr Forster of Texas has named G. Scott Soles, CPA, CFF, as audit director. Previously, Soles was a partner and Energy and Risk Services Practices leader for Gainer, Donnelly & Desroches. Both firms are based in Houston, Texas.
Soles has worked with organizations on a global scale, with a concentration on international oil and gas, energy and related support services. Soles also has experience in areas such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, SOX 404 compliance and consulting, risk assessment framework creation and facilitation, internal controls reviews, and financial due diligence. He also held various positions with Ernst & Young Global Energy Center, Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, Atlantic Richfield Company and Occidental Petroleum Corporation and Subsidiaries.
