Porte Brown Chooses Partners

 Porte Brown, a firm based in Elk Grove Village, Ill., has named five CPAs as partners.

Those promoted are Antonino Bondi, Danielle Ciechanski, Mark Dekhtyar, William Rothmann and Rachel VonDrasek, who is also an MST.

Bondi, who leads the firm’s Retirement Services Practice Group, has been with Porte Brown since June 2019 when he started as a senior manager. He has more than seventeen years of experience providing tax consulting, Third Party Administration, accounting, and advisory services for individuals and closely held businesses. 

Ciechanski, who came to Porte Brown in June 2009, manages the Elevate365 Outsourced Accounting and Advisory Services team. She provides accounting, advisory, and audit services to closely held businesses and not-for-profit organizations and is also a member of the audit services and nonprofit industry teams. 

In charge of the firm's training and development department, Dekhtyar is a member of Porte Brown's accounting team. He has more than 11 years of experience providing tax consulting and accounting services for individuals and closely held businesses. He joined the firm in June 202

Rothmann, a member of Porte Brown's Tax Department, is Partner in Charge of the firm's McHenry office and has been with the firm since June 2015. He spent seven years previously at HTH Consultants. He provides tax consulting and accounting services for individuals and closely held businesses and is also a member of the multi state practice group and provides multi state compliance and research to clients.

 VonDrasek is the leader of Porte Brown's Multi State Tax Department, providing multi state compliance and research services. She is also a member of the tax services team, VonDrasek came to the firm in October 2015 and was previously employed at Plante Moran for nearly 10 years, where she was a tax manager for nearly five years.
