Marinello held her positions for two years. No official reason was given for her departure.The company was taken private after its November 2007 acquistion by private equity firm, Thomas H. Lee Partners of New York, and Fidelity National Financial, a specialty insurance company.
Ceridian Gets New CEO
MINNEAPOLIS - Ceridian, a payroll and human resources service provided has hired Stuart C. Harvey Jr. as its CEO, effective August 16. Harvey replaces Kathryn V. Marinello, the former chairman and CEO who resigned in January.
Harvey was most recently CEO of Elvaon, a global payment systems subsidiary of U.S. Bancorp, which he joined in April 2003. Before his service at Elavon, he was managing director with investment banking firm Piper Jaffray ind is a former practicing attorney.
