Integrated Payroll Systems and LinkHCM have merged with Inova Payroll. The deal was described as expanding Inova’s operation and service centers to California and Missouri.Tge deal was concluded on December 31, according to a letter posted on the IPS website from Inova’s CEO Farsheed Ferdowsi and IPS co-founders, Joe Schweppe and Coray Grove. They , says the combined companies have almost 5,000 employers and serving 200,000 customers. IPS co-founders Schweppe and Grove have become EVPs of Inova’s IPS business unit.
