Bill.com Buying Invoice2go

On the heels of its $2.5-billion purchase of Divvy, payments software company Bill.com has reached an agreement to acquire Invoice2go. Bill.com will pay about $625 million in stock and cash to buy the provider of mobile-first accounts receivable software.

 

Founded in 2002 in Australia, the target company serves small businesses and free lancers

Invoice2go has three pricing levels. 

The Starter currently available at a discounted price of $59.99 per year, offering 30 invoices annually, online payments at 3.5 percent, a free bank account and a website builder, among other features. At $99.99 per year, the Professional version offers more than 70 invoices annually, a 3-percent payment fee and adds QuickBooks and Xero integration. For a discounted $399.999 per year, the Premium edition features unlimited invoices, a 2.9-percent payment fee, recurring invoices and telephone support.
