Intuit is offering expedited cleanup services via QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping. A test was recently completed for the cleanup which is available within 30 business days for customers that purchase the bookkeeping application.In-product offers via QuickBooks Online may be available to customers who have files older than 60 days, are not currently connect connected to an accountant or ProAdvisor or are not signed up for QB Live Bookkeeping.
The first-month price covers assisting in setting up bank connections, categorizing historical transactions (back to the most recent tax filing) and reconciling historical accounts (up to previous year’s tax filing)
After cleanup, customers transition to their permanent bookkeepers and to the monthly pricing structure. The price is $200 monthly for a business with up to $25,000 in monthly expenses; $400 a month for those with $25,001 to $150,000 in monthly expenses and $600 a month for business more $150,001 or more in monthly expenses.
Bookkeeping services include maintaining, updating, fixing, reconciling, and categorizing transactions throughout the month and at the end bookkeepers evaluate and close a small business’s books and deliver PDF copies of key financial reports, including a profit and loss statement and balance sheet.
