eszar served in a variety of leadership roles at Thomson. Fleszar joined the former Creative Solutions, which was purchased in 1997 by Thomson, in December 1994. At Thomson, he held two VP jobs in product management from June 2013 thrugh September 2018.  In his last position with that company, Fleszar was head of customer proposition from October 2018 through August 2019. 

The CEO position was previously held by co-founder Steve Dusablon, who is now president, chairman and chief innovation officer;
