Professionals can now conduct remote interviews so information can be entered directly into HotDocs. AbacusNext said the capability is part of the recent release of HotDocs Advance 1.18.Firms can simply select a document template, create a link to the document interview, and send the link to the client to complete virtually. Gathered information is returned to the firm for use in generating documents.
Users have the ability to monitor their client’s progress on the interview.
