Among the changes is the redesigned ProAdvisor Tab in QBO Accountant. This provides access to services such as ProAdvisor support, discounts, and resources for educate clients. There will also be on-demand training and certifications

Training has been updated to be more situational and scenario-based while the new recommended certification path also includes an optional "Introduction to QuickBooks Online for Accountants" training course for ProAdvisors who are new to QuickBooks Online.

While QBO Certified ProAdvisors must currently take a full exam each year to maintain certification status, starting next month they must instead complete a short exam annually. This will focus on what has changed in QuickBooks Online since the prior exam. An optional "What's New" training will also be available for preparation.
