BenefitMall Intros PayFocus + HR

BenefitMall has introduced PayFocus + HR, which expands on the PayFocus line that was rolled out early this year. The online payroll and HR system, targeted at small and mid-size businesses, is described as having a streamlined design that enables employers to onboard and hire new employees.

Features include the ability to import time and labor data, calculate gross-to-net payroll in real time, and review all standard reports in one streamlined location. PayFocus has what the company calls user-friendly processes for setup, data collection, employer training, payroll processing and employee rollout. The portal offers access to data, reports and payroll from mobile devices, desktops or tablets.

PayFocus gives administrators the ability to set built-in employee rules and permissions as well as the flexibility to import time clocks and attendance information from an outside source. Payroll Quick Entry displays a streamlined view of all employees and payroll entry. The Employee Self-Service portal allows employees to view their current demographic information, access payroll history, check paystubs and W-2 data, request time off, and view performance reviews.
