"In the past, our accountant efforts were integrated across the Sage product portfolio," Warawa says.
The new unit provides applications, tools and education to accountants. In her new role, Warawa leads strategy for all the new programs and products.
"This business differs from the Sage Accountants Network in that Sage Accountant Solutions is backed with a greater infrastructure for success: a dedicated research and development team, product management, and marketing," she says.
Warawa has been involved with partner and accountant programs since joining Sage in January 2008. From October 2011, until she moved to the new position, she served as VP of partner programs and channel sales.
