The Tax & Accounting business of Bisk Continuing Professional Education and Test Prep's product line includes CPEasy, a set of CPE courses and subscription packages, and CPA Review, which covers the four test areas in the CPA exam.
Thomson says the deal adds more then 300 online CPE coruses and more than 100 webinars. Bisk staff members joining Thomson Reuters will stay in Tampa, Fla.
