Thomson's ARNE Goes Mobile
The Accountant's Resource Network from Thomson Reuters is now available in a mobile-friendly format. ARNE (pronounced Arney) is now accessible via Apple IOS and Android devices such as smartphones and tablets. The app is downloadable from the Android Market and the Apple App Store at no cost.
The initial release incorporates some of the most popular features of the ARNE community forums. These include the ability to browse and comment on the most recent ARNE forum activity. Users can create an ARNE account by visiting CS.ThomsonReuters.com/ARNE. This is merely the latest platform for the decades-old service which started out as a CompuServe service. Thomson says there are 50,000 users.
