Intuit has introduced QuickBooks Bill Pay, which imports vendor invoices, automatically creating bilsl in QuickBooks. The software company says the new application is designed for small and mid-sized businesses.Bill Pay enables users to assign roles to employees to determine who can create, approve, and pay bills. When vendors and contractors are paid through QuickBooks, the transaction is automatically recorded and matched in the books of businesses that use QuickBooks' integrated AP capabilities.
Electronic payments or paper checks can be sent with the aid of QuickBooks. Users can also see which individuals should receive a 1099 with QuickBooks Bill Pay Premium or Elite, able to file unlimited 1099s for no additional fee.
There are three Bill Pay plans with Basic available at no cost for those with five standard ACH payments per month.
