WK Tax, Acc’tng Revs Up 8 Percent

Revenue for Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting rose 8 percent for the half ended June 30. The company noted that cloud growth for the segment rose by double digits.

The divisional total was roughly $804.6 million with Tax & Accounting North America representing 61 percent of division revenue. Organic revenue on this continent grew by 9 percent 

The company made general comments about products performance citing what it called “continued strong customer uptake” of CCH Axcess Document, Practice, and Workstream. It also said  “ProSystem fx Engagement continued to perform.” 

Company-wide revenue was $2.98 billion for the most recently ended half, up 4.8 percent—4 percent in constant currencies and 6 percent organically. Profit for the period was approximately $524.5 million, a 2 percent increase and rising the same amount organically.
