RSM US has acquired HR firm, Wise Consulting Associates, of Timonium, Md. More than 100 employees of Wise, which was founded in 1996, have joined RSM.The employees include Steve Grem, Wise Consulting CEO, and practice leaders Jennifer Southworth, Marta Williams and Lorry Twisdale.
Wise offers HR and payroll products from Ultimate Krono Group and Ceridian. UKG’s application lineup includes the UKG Ready HCM Suite. Ceridian’s offers Dayforce, an enterprise HCM Suite, which encompasses payroll, HR, benefits, talent and workforce management features.
