NSA Names Donny Woods President

Donny J. WoodsALEXANDRA, Va., Donny J. Woods, a public accountant and enrolled agent based in Nashville, Ark., has been named as president of the National Association of Accountants as the organization elected national, district and state officers at its 65th Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C. He replaces outgoing president Robert L. Cross of Northglenn, Colo.

Among other officers elected were enrolled agent Sharon E. Cook of St. Louis, Mo., as first VP and enrolled agent Harlan Rose of Marshfield, Wis., as second VP. CPA Steven J. Hanson of Cokato, Minn., was elected to his second term as treasurer. Harold A. Stamey, a CPA and enrolled agent, was elected to a two-year term as governor of District IV, and Peggy I. Johnson, who holds the same credentials, as governor of District VIII. Re-elected to second terms were CPA W. Raymond Bucks, as governor of District II; Perry W. Smith, an enrolled agent, as governor of District VI, and Linda J. Cuddie, an enrolled agent, as governor of District X.
