NetSuite Poll: Businesses Want Vax Proof

A majority of businesses want employees to provide proof of vaccination against the COVID-19 virus before they are allowed to return to offices. The survey of 500 business leaders by Oracle NetSuite found 53 percent will require the documentation.

Nevertheless, despite pandemic issues, these businesspeople are optimistic about the market with most of them seeing increased demand for goods and services.

Eight-one percent have seen increased demand and 76 percent forecast revenue growth of 20 percent more. Forty-one percent said the pandemic will be a major concern over the next year. Among business issues modifying supply chain strategies was listed by 42 percent, adding new and/or enhanced products and services by 41 percent, and modifying pricing strategies by 41 percent.

The survey also found remote work remains widespread with 89 percent of employers permitting at least some employees to work remotely.
