Google Apps should not be compared to Outlook because it's so much more powerful. Google Apps is not just cloud based, it's team based. The improvement in collaboration is worth many time the money saved by migrating away from Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Notes. We advise Clients to uninstall Outlook completely, relying instead on Google Apps via Google's Chrome browser. Imagine, no software, no maintenance, no virus headaches, no backup regimen, no attachments, no spam...
