Budgeting Software E-mail

We are a Microsoft Dynamics Ax Partner located in Istanbul, Turkey. I am looking for a budgeting software to supplement the budgeting process of Ax by imporing the prepared budget. The software should enable the user to determine working capital assumptions and variables such as prices, interest rates etc. It should produce cash flows and optimum financing and inclusion of loan. Do you think any of the above software can do these. I guess I look for the abilities of an hand made Project Finance modul. I appreciate very much of your comments. Hayati Sahin
