drake softwareFRANKLIN, N.C. -  Drake Software plans an October 1 opening of a call center in Hayesville, N.,C., which will be the company's third, along with facilities in Sylva, N.C. and Franklin.The new center will be linked to the one in Franklin via high-speed fiber for voice and data communication. Drake said the new center can accommodate up to 25 customer service representatives per shift. Drake has 315 employees with 160 of those employed by customer service.
