Yeo & Yeo, a CPA firm based in Saginaw, Mich., has named two new principals. Brian Dixon in the Saginaw office and Rebecca Millsap, based in Flint, were promoted this month. Dixon serves in the audit department and is a member of the firm's healthcare, education and audit teams. He joined Yeo & Yeo in 1998. Millsap became part of the firm in 1994 and assists clients in taxation, financial reporting, business consulting and strategic planning, with a strong emphasis on small businesses.
