Andrew Hirshmann, Simon LeverAndrew Hirschmann has been promoted to partner at Simon Lever, a Lancaster, Pa.-based CPA firm. Hirschmann was most recently principal in the firm's Accounting and Audit Services Department, where he served as head of the firm's audit service team and healthcare service team.

Hirschmann becomes one of six partners at the firm. He also chairs its Quality Control Committee and serves as a member of the Assurance Committee of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
