TAOS, NM.  –  Universal Business Computing Co. has added an ACH automatic payments feature to its payroll service bureau program. Eliminatingf the need to key in ACH payments to federal and state government agencies enables users to send all client payments in a single file, says UBCC president Ken Garen.

The new feature allows users to designate ACH funds transfer for payment of federal and state payroll taxes; designate separate ACH payments from any bank account or impounding account for each payroll client; and set ACH automatic payment preferences on a tax-by-tax basis, with each being able to be paid out of accounts specified by payroll personnel.
