The Reznick Group has acquired technical consulting firm Think Energy. The new entity, which will be called Reznick Think Energy, has technical experience in clean energy, sustainability, and energy efficiency, the new subsidiary will provide a range of services including investor due diligence, on-site renewable energy feasibility assessments, procurement management, technology assessment, and permitting support. Think Energy CEO Mark Crowdis will lead the group. The energy practice of the Baltimore, Md.-based Reznick Group will work closely with the unit  to offer clients technical experience in clean energy, sustainabilit, and energy efficiency through a range of services that include investor due diligence, on-site renewable energy feasibility assessments, procurement management, technology assessment and permitting support.
