A search began immediately for a success with an executive committee formed to lead the company. The committee is comprised by Delbert Humenik, senior vice president of sales and marketing; John M. Morphy, senior vice president, chief financial officer, and secretary; and Martin Mucci, senior vice president of operations. Founder and chairman Thomas Golisano will provide oversight.
