NSA Elects 2011-2012 Officers E-mail

Sharon E. CookThe National Society of Accountants has elected Sharon E. Cook, the owner of Kuenne Accountancy & Tax of St. Louis, Mo., as president for 2011-2012. Cook, an Enrolled Agent who holds several other professional credentials, has served in a number of society leadership positions, including first vice president and second vice president.

TheĀ  NSA also elected Harlan Rose, an EA as first vice president, Steve J. Hanson, an EA and CPA, as second vice president, and Brian L. Thompson, a CPA as secretary-treasurer.

Selected as governors for their first terms were William R. Silzer, District III; and Brian Iwata, District XI. Re-elected to second terms were Jerome V. Sweeney II, District I; Durette D. Hauser, District V; Eric R. Hansen, District VII; and Joyce Funkhouser-Lingelbach, District IX.
