HR AnswerLink subscribers can find HR resources such as hiring practices, employment laws, human resource news and forms. User gain access to the HR service by logging on to the MyPay Web site.

The HR service also provides sample templates of documents such as job descriptions and employee handbooks. Users can use use an optional service that provides users with unlimited email and telephone access to a national network of HR professionals.
