A prepared statement said that Priority Payroll clients will continue to work with the same payroll specilists and to use the same payroll platform. However, CompuPay said the deal will also give those customers access to a broader selection of payroll and related products and services, including 401(k) retirement plans, workers compensation insurance, COBRA administration services and section 125 plans. In 2009, CompuPay bought Infinity Payroll, a company based in New Hampshire, and in 2008 it acquired the outsourced payroll services of Sage North America and Key Payroll Online.
