CompuPay Buys Infinity Payroll E-mail

CompuPay logoMIRAMAR, Fla. – CompuPay, which provides online payroll services, has acquired the six-year-old Infinity Payroll, which was based in Merrimack, N.Y. Founded by Carmen Mangiafico, the company describes itself as Your Small Business Payroll Department.

CompuPay has been on a modest acquisition trail. Last year, it bought Advanced Payroll Systems of Modesto, Calif., and Key Payroll Online, a unit of Cleveland, Ohio-based KeyBank. It 2008, it also purchased Sage's online payroll operations and is providing payroll services to users of Sage's Accpac, BusinessWorks, MAS 90/200, and Peachtree accounting packages and its Abra HRMS system.
