tax hotline logoCCH Small Firm Services has reached an agreement under which Tax Rite will provide advice on tax and and technology issues to its customers.Tax Rite provides technical support and a tax hotline for tax professionals through subscription-based services.

 

The support program, Technical Solutions, offers advice on a variety of a technical issues, including hardware, software and networking. Support lines are staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Customers can also request office visits and in some cases can arrange same-day visits.Tax Rite's Tax Hotline is designed to provide tax advice from CPAs, Enrolled Agents and Tax Attorneys. Advice in available on  broad array of tax issues.

CCH SFS markets the TaxWise and ATX tax preparation lines.
