The integration of SmartVault with XpandedReports enables XpandedReports users to save files directly to SmartVault, which provides online document management. This eliminates steps such as uploading or emailing documents.

Users can work within a familiar interface as both applications integrate with QuickBooks. With XpandedReports, users can create custom reports such as commission, job costing and time with cost and revenue.

The link also provides user access to other SmartVault features such as custom branded portals, the SmartVault Toolbar for attaching and viewing documents directly from QuickBooks. Guests can also be invited to access specifically authorized documents. Multiple file types such as.jpeg, .mov and .png can be saved.
