Sage logoFAS Fixed Assets 2012 adds task-based navigation and dedicated functional working areas while a new graphical process map is offering to simplify conducting physical inventories. An Assistance Center offers customers access to industry best practices and outside resources.

Users can utilize drag-and-drop functionality to customize the main Asset List area. There are also new visual indicators of asset images and notes. A new Reports area offers batch reporting that simplifies period-end processing and frequently used reports are accessible via the Favorites tab.

 

Also included is an improved Find and Replace function that now includes wildcard searches and a Create Temporary Groups for faster asset selection and refinement. The Asset Detail screen can be customized and there is improved handling of transfers and disposals with a new transaction timeline.
