The supporting schedule feature in PlanGuru Version 12, budgeting, forecasting and planning software, can now be used to create a schedule to support the computation of budget amounts using multiple variables. PlanGuru is designed for use for small and medium-sized businesses and non-profit organizations.

There is also now an option to use account numbers. Users can define an account number mask with up to 12 numeric characters and one separator, which makes it easier to export budget amounts back to an accounting software product. For those using account numbers and are consolidating departments, divisions or subsidiaries PlanGuru will consolidate based on account number rather than category description.

Users can also now add user name and password protection to analyses performed in the application. And Version 12 can designate a currency symbol other than "$" or suppress the currency symbol on reports. The ability to designate the separators for thousands and decimal character has also been added.
