GoFileRoom, a document management system from Thomson Reuters, has an improved ability to identify tax forms in its TaxSort feature. These include customizable bookmark categories other menu options for Adobe PF files that are store in the application. There are also improvements to the FirmFlow module. FirmFlow notes and attachments in reports can now be searched. There is also the ability to perform bulk updates on Partner in Charge, workflow step routing assignments, information fields and deliverable due dates. In addition, an Enhanced Search function enables users to search for documents that contain blank index values and for multiple documents and multiple drawers simultaneously.GoFileRoom also now supports digital signatures in PDF documents.
