Copanion has simplified its user-interface to support greater ease of use, which the company says will enable the workflow package to be implemented rapidly across a firm. The application has an expanded rights management that provides for the selection of multiple administrators and accounts in a firm.

Users can be assigned access to all clients or for all accounts or their rights can be tailored to specify accounts and clients they can access. Extended reporting options supports detailed reporting across offices, preparers and clients for extended visibility on system use. There is also an expanded document capacity via which users can add up to 10 documents per client and files of up to 50 MB. The system also offers faster performance.
