The Competency Model has four career levels - staff, senior, manager and director - within finance, tax, audit and accounting. The model provides the ability to identify competencies needed for next level positions or alternate career paths along with the ability to standardize or customize competencies across the firm or department A subscription provides access to Checkpoint Learning’s training on industry standards, laws, regulations, risk and compliance. Training paths can also be customized. The Model can purchased purchased as a part of Checkpoint Learning at a reduced subscription price or as a standalone product.
