CPE Assistant monitors the progress of individual CPAs against CPE requirements and regularly reminds them of their CPE status and suggests next steps via email. The application identifies CPE rules and requirements for the 50 CPA regulatory bodies and calculates limits on training formats and topics.

CPE Assistant can also track hours completed against hours needed per reporting period for each jurisdiction; calculate limits on training format and topics, minimum requirements and carryover credit; personalize recommendations for fulfilling unmet requirements for CCH self-study courses; and report by jurisdiction, CPE deadline, field of study and delivery method. CPE certificates can also be stored and printed.

The application automatically populates individual records with CCH Learning Center data into individual records. A template is provided for entering the title of the training, completion date and the sponsor, format, jurisdiction and the amount of CPE credit.
