Still problems on March 31st!

Our firm had used Red Gear products for seven years with good results, but this year has been a nightmare! You simply can't ask CPAs to be beta testers during this time of the year. Here I am two weeks before April 15th still trying to convince Reg Gear that their NC K-1s are wrong. Nothing is carrying through to the K-1s. Not income, not bonus depreciation adjustmenst, not tax credits. All the support group has been incredibly patient and very nice (despite it taking a lonnnnnnnnng time to reach them at times). But good support of a bad product is still a bad product. Our software price doubled since last year, and we got a bum steer!
