Your observation that the worst is behind Taxworks is incorrect. The Redgear FB page is no indicator - we (the users) are too exhausted and frustrated from our experience this tax season with the 2012 product to post on their page. There has been a noted lack of action and compassion from management - they let the techs take all the negative comments and complaints. The software is CRAP (compared to the last 21 years that we've used it) and it isn't getting much better - now we don't seem to be able to file extensions! April 15th can't get here soon enough...this has been a nightmare season, in large part due to Taxworks and their horrible new software!
